I've bought the Wilton Springform pan before this one looked different (only as far as color). I bought it and I noticed when you pop the bottom in and I started pressing down my crust it keeps moving it doesn't hold in one place which was superrr annoying while i was trying to get a uniform bottom.

This is a great springform pan. We do a cheesecakes for family functions along with a olive oil cake with summer mixed berries. This pan is the perfect size for a nice high piece of cheesecake or olive oil cake. This is are third one that we have.
