I love this size— easier to handle than the larger package.. One hint though- knead the red with the lid on
to make sure the gel is mixed in - and do a first squeeze onto some paper towel. It can occasionally “bleedâ€!,

Only WILTON WILL DO!!
I make over 100 Valentine cookies every year ( for about 40 years!) - and only WILTON frosting will do!! I especially like these tubes - rather than the larger pouch type container. The frosting in the pouch gets too melty and is harder manipulate. The tips on the pouch are also too large. I like the idea of having the two tips there however. I love this product!

Disappointed in the color pink
I intended to use this ready made icing to frost cupcakes I'd made. The texture is great. The taste is ok. I was disappointed, though, in the color. The lid of the canister as well as the picture of cupcakes on the canister, iced with pink icing of course, looked just what I wanted: a light, almost bubblegum shade of pink. The actual color though was quite dingy! I was so disappointed! I thought about tingeing it with a food color but then I'd have to go out and buy that.
