The Folding Multipurpose Sewing Table by Studio Designs features a large 47.5-inch-wide work surface with a drop down platform that adjusts to 6 height positions. Once the platform is lowered this table can accommodate a sewing machine or keyboard. This table adapts to work in almost every room in the house. Some of the possible uses include a sewing table, computer table, craft table, general office machine table, extra workspace or a folding party table for gatherings.

Thus, I had to return the table for a refund. No issues there. If you’re on the fence with buying this table keep in mind your room and table dimensions. I do recommend this table.

I believe the height will work well ergonomically. It went together well for my husband. It is a sturdy table that should last for years.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Quality The fist table arrived damaged. Clearly, the box had been opened before because it was all jumbled in the box and had a multitude of tape on box. I returned this table. The table was difficult to return because it barely fit in my car. Cashier at Joanne’s was very gracious in helping me when I brought table to store for a refund. Second table I ordered has small damaged place on underside. Table does vibrate when sewing , but overall an OK sewing table. Table is not too difficult to put together.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Sturdy Table in General, but... I bought this for my wife. This is a sturdy enough table. She found it fairly easy to assemble, just be aware that the legs are different lengths and NOT interchangeable. Her primary complaint is that the adjustable shelf tends to bounce with the action of her sewing machine (Singer Heavy Duty) and she'd prefer it if it were offset to the right to allow more room for material handling. She's since turned the table 180º with the shelf in back and at the top position-- essentially making it nothing more than a folding table. Meh.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Assembly Don’t be deterred by the negative comments around assembly. Just carefully match up the parts with the diagram. Two brackets are longer than the other two and need to be on the correct side for the table to be level and fold.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Table does not fold as pictured on the box . Table does not fold completely. Is not level, right side two inches higher than left. Screws came out of the table when I tried to put it in my storage unit. Now attempting to reattach the screws, so I can use the table. Disgusted with purchase.
