Item arrived splattered with paint, bent, wrinkled pages, and bent wires on binding.
The paper itself should be great. I have used this paper in the past and have been very happy with it. I am NOT happy with how Joann Online sent my order. The pad of paper looks like it was used. (I have not counted the sheets but I would not be surprised if pages are missing. There are paint splatters across the front that extend to the edges of all of the paper sheets. The entire thing is bent and the wires of the binding are bent flat so that the pages cannot be turned. Dealing with a BOT for customer service is useless so I will need to drive to a store to return after paying for shipping. I doubt I will order art supplies online again from Joann. Long shipping time (6 days) and damaged/used items are not good for business.

Good, but...
It's good vanilla colored thick paper but I just disapprove of the naked girl on the front. I had to tear off the cover. No reason they had to have that or other weird pictures on the cover. For that reason I always get Canson but this was on sale so I was like whatever.
