Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Scissors for Longarm Quilting These Havel's Snip a Stitch scissors are the very best scissors anyone could ever want if you are a Longarm Quilter. The hook at the end of these scissors is perfect to pull the bobbin thread up to the top of the fabric which you did many times on each quilt. Without them, it's a headache. The hook at the end is also great when you need to get under a stitch to rip it out. The handle being closed is perfect for hanging the scissors on the side of the head of your quilter. Then they are always right where you need them. All the things these scissors do actually saves time when you are quilting. I am going to order another pair so I will always have a pair handy.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from flimsy product I bought this a month ago to remove closely stitched stitches. It will hook and cut the stitch as needed, but the metal used in manufacturing the product lacks strength and will not in all likelihood hold up for very long. Considering the cost, it is not worth purchasing.
