How To Get It
The SINGER Stitch Quick + is a portable mending machine for handheld or tabletop use. It is cordless and battery operated, and its slim, ergonomic design provides balance and control for sewing and mending projects on the go. A safety switch allows for easy toggling on and off in handheld mode, or it can be set to stitch continuously in tabletop mode. Comes with assorted sewing notions including threaded bobbins, needle, needle threader, and spindle, all of which can be stashed in its built-in storage compartment. Requires four AA batteries, not included.

Couldn’t fix bottom bobbin
I was hopping this would be a quick alternative to hand sewing pants. After several attempts of getting the treading correct (had to change spool colors), it did not work because the bottom bobbin would not align correctly. I ended up having to hand sew.

Cute yet cumbersome
Had hopeful outcomes yet a bit too cumbersome even getting set up, especially for one who is not familiar with sewing machine basics ...

Excellent little sewing machine
I found this little sewing machine to be effective for hemming pants and doing small mending projects. I’m not experienced at sewing but the instructions were clear. When I was having trouble with the stitches coming out correctly, all it took was for me to re-read instructions because my problems were due to user-error …. I had replaced the needle incorrectly and one time I had the bobbin thread direction incorrect . Once those issues were resolved, the stitches were perfect and the machine did its job well.
Also the sewing staff at JoAnns in Columbia, MO are wonderful and so helpful…. Great expertise and customer service!

Love it
I love this little thing. It is so helpful. I have yet to figure out how to keep the fabric straight, need more hands. To be fair, I was sitting in my chaise lounge with the little machine on my leg. Maybe I should use a table.

Non-functional out of the box
I’d be less upset if I hadn’t gotten it before it went on sale, but I paid a solid forty bucks for this a few weeks ago, finally got a chance to give it a whirl today, and…nothing. Pressing the power button results in a whole lot of nothing. Verified with other devices that my batteries were operational. And it doesn’t come with a cord (specifically requiring one I haven’t seen since like 2010 so not one I’d just have lying around) so. Guess I just have a hunk of junk here. Very disappointed, I’d considered Singer to be reliable based on my past experiences with their machines, and was looking forward to the convenience this would offer.

Sold it to me broken
Bought the machine online went to pick it up in the store (happy valley location) I live in yamhill I drove 2 hours both ways in traffic finally got it home. Took it out of the box and there is a piece of fabric stuck to needle. Put batteries in and it won’t even do anything. Seems someone had returned it and they didn’t check it and turned around and sold it

Great helper for small hemming projects
Handy for hemming short, semi- sheer curtains without pulling out the big machine. Has been very convenient for me.
