Great yarn horrible shipping
I bought several skeins of yarns of varying colors. I have 7 different packages coming to my house because they were shipped from several different stores. One package was torn when it arrived with one skein of yarn and then the other 3 in a different package. I have to say i would rather wait for it to all come in one package.

Ordered 2 of these and this is what they sent me. I order yarn all the time from them and this is my first issue like this. I don’t know how well the yarn is. I’ve never used it before. But right now I’m rating whoever filled this order.

My favorite shade
I love lavender, and my small biz (Schae’s Place) has lavender as a brand color. This yarn is super elegant and shiny and I hope to stock up as many skeins as they have. I also have merlot which is super rich in color and soft to the touch as well.

Wonderful Product
I am very pleased with using the Shine yarn. It has a silky finish which is a change of pace from all the dull yarns. The yarn did not separate as much as other silky brands as well as costing less. I look forward to Joann offering more colors/variegated options.

Lovely Yarn
I really enjoyed working with this yarn. The colors are muted and went together well with this granny square afghan. It turned out to be heavier than I thought a #3 weight yarn would be which I liked. There is a little bit of splitting, but not too much to worry about. I like it so much that I have ordered more for 2 more projects!

I made an order through the website and so far for that 1 order I had 3 separate deliveries and am still waiting on the rest of my yarn that has said shipped for almost a week now. When I called customer service they said they are waiting for a carrier pickup. Then why does it say shipped on the website? I am currently still waiting. This is ridiculous. I doubt I will be ordering online anymore.
