SUPPLIES & TOOLS:
- Lanyard Hook (2)
- Silky Cord
- Pony beads
- Alphabet Beads
- Scissors
- Lighter
- Ruler
DIRECTIONS:
- Cut a piece of silky cord approximately 24" long (Adjust length as desired). Singe the ends with a lighter to keep from fraying.
- Thread on a pony bead and a lanyard hook onto the cording. Knot the lanyard hook in place, keeping a 1/2" tail. Thread the pony bead over the tail and secure with another knot so the tail is secured into the knot and the knot will also prevent the bead from moving.
- Add another knot 2" from the knotted lanyard end. Thread on pony beads and alphabet letters as desired. Knot on the other end of the pony beads to secure them in place.
- Repeat step 2 to the other end of cording.

Easy and I loved it!
My 3 granddaughters loved the Mask Lanyard. It was an easy project and a fast one too. I found everything I needed at JoAnn online and it was delivered to my door within 3 days!

This lanyard is perfect craft idea
I know that I am putting the cart before the horse, but I was so excited to review this project before I finished the product. This is such an awesome idea to create a lanyard- and it is such an easy project to do & quite fun. If lanyard clips aren't in stock just be creative. you can always tie it on the the strap of your mask or use a piece of a vegetable wire like the one that comes with produce. Thank you JoAnns for sharing an awesome project. I love it and cant wait to share with my friends and family.

JoAnn’s doesn’t sell the lanyard hooks?
Can’t really do this project without all supplies.
