Painted Acrylic Napkin Rings

SUPPLIES & TOOLS:
  • Proofgrade Medium Clear Acrylic Sheet
  • Acrylic Paint and Brushes
  • Glowforge Printer
  • Computer and Design Software
  • Template

DIRECTIONS:
  1. To download the patterns, click on the "Download Project PDF" button (above).
  2. Use design software to create personalized text to engrave on napkin rings as desired. Save file as an SVG.
  3. Upload template and text file to https://glowforge.com/ . Arrange text inside of napkin rings. Set text layer to engrave and napkin ring layer to cut.
  4. Cut/engrave out of the medium clear acrylic sheet.
  5. Remove protective paper from all sides.
  6. On backside of napkin rings, use paint and brushes to quickly dry brush some paint onto the surface to add color. Allow to dry completely.

Craft Hack Tips and Tricks:
  • Use Gorilla Glue Duct Tape to easily remove protective tape from proofgrade materials. Use caution on small or delicate pieces.
