Makes a nice smooth scribble line and adding water gives textural watercolor effect. They’re basically the brands water soluble oil pastels. Fluorescent colors can vary from intense to soft with water added.

Their advantage is that a small amount of color can be added directly to a specific location when creating artistic backgrounds. The colors are bright and fun!
