Rated 1 out of 5 by from Dont bother ordering this from Joann I ordered this before Christmas on Dec 11, online special . Waited and waited and waited.. I was so excited to get it for 167. As I cannot afford the over 300 price tag.... Christmas came and went and it still said processing my order 3 days after Christmas, So I wrote to CS. Three days later I get an email back stating that they where overwhelmed with orders and they cancelled my order and refunded my CC. Seem if Joann, dosent want to sell an item at a good price, they will just cancel you, and let you hang out to dry. Gonna be a good long time if ever I order from this place or walk in their store. Totally disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Machine I love this machine! I was skeptical at first, but now I am sold on the Big Shot Switch. Easy to use and what an "arm-saver". No more cranking to die cut or emboss--simply build the sandwich and feed into the machine. To reverse it's a simple one touch of a button and your project will come back out the front of the machine. Highly recommend.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Buy in store and check box VERY carefully Just bought this yesterday, waited 3 days for store pickup because they couldn't find it in the store. They finally did but I should've opened the box before buying--NO plates, base etc, NOTHING but the machine!! Don't know if the cord is even in the box. Taking it back but don't know if I'll be able to get another now that it's open. Furious.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not Loving It I bought this to replace my Vagabond machine that broke. While it does do what it advertises, it doesn't have the ease or speed of the vagabond. Not only is it bulky, but it is very loud and very slow. The reverse option is a nice feature but louder than the already loud machine. If this were to break, not sure I'd replace it with another Switch. Disappointed with Sissix on this one. I rated the value 5 stars only because I got an AMAZING price on Black Friday. Had I paid the $329 price, there'd be a couple less stars.

My "new" expensive machine arrived with obvious wear and tear on the box, a ripped foam covering that someone obviously taped back together and scratches on the supposedly new adapters. It was quite obvious that someone had previously opened the machine and then tried to put it back together. This was not a new item. At least all the adapters, cables and platform were in the box unlike other shoppers' experiences here. Will update with how it functions once plugged in since Joann's return policy is ridiculous and I can't return it now anyways since opening the box.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worth the Money This is an awesome machine. I love that once you push the button it feeds itself without having to hold the power button. And I really like the ability to reverse and do the same. It's sleep, and although wider because of the 9" opening instead of 6" (another big plus), it compact. I highly recommend this machine.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not order online if you do do store pickup Do not order online. Order for store pickup and check the box before leaving the store. I placed an order on Dec. 21st it was delivered on Dec. 29. When i took it out of the shipping box the item box was a little beat up. Upon opening the box i found i am missing the plates, adapter, base and instructions. I have been calling Joanns since Dec. 30 refuse to help or exchange it for another one also have email Sizzix still waiting for them to respond. Went on social media and found it this has happened several times from Joanns with the same machine. When i get my missing pieces and have an actual chance to use the machine i will change my rating.
