Real color,and portable light
I use my craft lights for painting miniature models. Real daylight spectrum is vital for ensuring the minis look the way I want them. The Ottlight Slimline desk light provides that light in a compact and portable package for a good price.

Great light but...
I have the model from about 5 yrs ago. While this is able to switch lights and intensity, the LED is just not as bright as the original. I got it figuring it was same price as the bulb for the old one, so why not. I love that you can just touch the base for power and light controls, as it is easier to use than the old button. If you do not need ALOT of light, this is a great desk lamp. Otherwise, consider the floor model or one with higher lumens.

Why I love this light!!
The light is compact yet very strong giving me the right visibility for my projects. I also like the fact that I can set it up anywhere, so I can take it with me when I'm camping.
