  • ONLY FOR OttLite 13W LAMPS: This replacement lightbulb is designed to fit only into 13W OttLite lamps with magnetic ballasts - typically in lamps purchased before 2008. Please ensure that this is the exact bulb needed for your specific lamp.

  • What year did you buy your lamp? If it was BEFORE January 2008, please continue with the list below. If you purchased it after January 2008, your lamp may be compatible with the OttLite 13w Tube Type
  • Look at your existing bulb. You may find the following model numbers marked on the base of the bulb: SKU's: T13330, T1360A, T38J36-CA, Z23112, OLPL13TC, OTL13TCB, T139EZ, T34J3R, OTL13NATB, OTL13P, T137D0, TRS113-CA, TRSJ36, T17113, PL13-A-FFP. These will be the same as this replacement bulb for your 13W lamp
  • The 13W replacement tube is approximately 7 inches long. Measure your shade and/or bulb you are replacing to check the length. If it is longer than 7 inches, you will need a different bulb
  • Electronics must be returned with a receipt and in an unopened box. Please work directly with the manufacturer if products are damaged upon purchase, or become defective within the warranty period.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Sleazy lamp base alteration It is perhaps ingenious that Ott-Lite appears to have taken a standard GX23 2-pin lamp base on an otherwise standard 13W CFL and modified it with additional slots to make you exclusively return to Ott-Lite for lamp replacements. A standard CFL at a big box store is far less expensive but physically not compatible. See the photos. With the recent developments of LED lighting and unless you absolutely love your OttLite, I would suggest adding more cash to the already-necessary lamp bill and buy an entirely new flicker-free LED lamp, with multiple dimming settings, several light temperature options, variable lighting control, a better CRI (color rendering index) value and a longer-lasting light (advertised 50K hours LED, compared to 10-12K hours CFL). Do the math, the choice is seemingly obvious.

I sent these two pictures, the serial number is not on these labels neither it is at the bottom of the lamp. Can you please let me know the correct replacement bulb for this lamp or just tell me if the model is obsolete and replacement is not available. An answer will be appreciated. Thanks.
