Rated 4 out of 5 by from Weight has changed I have noticed that the weight isn't has heavy as it used to be. I use this yarn, which I love, to make cozy blankets. But the skeins aren't going as far as they used to. I could get 12 squares that are 12 stitches by 12 stitches from each skein, a few years ago. Now I'm getting about 1/2-3/4 of that with this yarn. I suppose it could be the way I'm knitting but I've made dozens and dozens of blankets and never had a problem. I will continue to purchase it, just in larger quantities! Maybe that was the intention! Anyway, great quality and it makes a super cozy and soft blanket.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from changed thickness from skeins bought a year or more ago I was using St. Paul Blue and realized I didn't have enough for my sweater. None were in stock so I bought 4 of the white (on sale) and immediately I could see that the yarn was thinner. I joined the yarn to my blue and crocheted a couple of rows and yes, it definitely is thinner and very noticeable in the HDC I'm using :( Very disappointing!
