Rated 3 out of 5 by from Inconsistent gauge Bought this to make a baby blanket and I keep running into blown out sections that are ruining the stitch. Very disappointing.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Very Dissapointed There are so many tangles within the yarn, it took me almost 5 hours to untangle one scan of yarn. The only reason I bothered to do this was because we were on a five hour rode trip and it kept me busy.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Lovely baby yarn, but too many knots Picked this yar up yesterday to knit a quick newborn hat as part of a baby gift. It feels great, and the color was an exact match to the sleepers I bought, so I really like the yarn itself. However, I was disappointed about the numbers of knots in the product. The little cap took 25 gr of yarn, which is approximately 82 yards. Yes, I weighed it - I'm that kind of knitter :). I ran into two separate knots - and they were less than 10 yards apart. I know running into knots is sometimes just the luck of the draw, but this seems excessive. C'mon, Lion Brand, you can do better!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lion Brand baby soft yarn Lion Brand is one of my favorite baby yarns. It is soft and easy to work with.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I Am Really Disappointed So I need to make a baby blanket for a friend. I needed the yarn sooner than later so I ran into JoAnn on the way home. Lion Brand Pompador was in two bins so I dug to match dye lots, paid for 6 skeins of this yarn. The label says it's a 3 wgt but it's a pretty thin 3wgt. the color isn't true white bua step below to off-white. The label says it's supposed to be white. I go to start my blanket and the BABY yarn is so scratchy! Isn't so soft. If I don't like the feel and scratchiness, it's not comfy soft for a baby... maybe a sweater but not a blanket. Some reviews on the yarn in various place talks about a change to the yarn and label. I don't if the blue level is new or the old and on the yarn one is softer than the other. I don't know if the blue label.is new or old. I'm so disappointed both tge yarn and Lion Brand. I know they put out better other yarn as I use them.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Lots of knots and inconsistencies I purchased three skins of this yarn, and everyone of them had many knots. Towards the end of the skein, the yarn was much thicker and thinner in several areas. I became very frustrated and ended up cutting quite a bit out. I would not choose this yarn again

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not very good at all Inconsistent weight/width throughout a single skein, multiple manufacturing knot within just a few feet. Got three colors to make a baby blanket and the width of the strands are vastly different. Would not recommend and would not repurchase.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I’ve worked with better Got the twinkle print to make a baby blanket. I’ve never had more knots with the way it was packaged. I’ve also encountered more factory knots joining two ends than I have ever had before . Each skein seems to have between 3 to 5 joining knots. It’s awful.
