Knit fabric drapes well
We were looking for a fabric that draped well and was sturdy to put on our outside cross at church. I found one that I thought might work at JoAnne’s and ordered 3 colors. Perfect!! Thanks for excellent quality and service!

cool but watch out for runs
really nice for making leotards and dance dresses. very soft and comfy with a nice drape and vivid color. however, it gets stuck in the machine even when i use a finer needle and larger seam allowance, runs easily when stretched near a raw edge, and can be difficult to mark with chalk/pens. also, this may be obvious to some, but this material stretches two ways (not four ways!) compared to other thin stretch fabrics, i found this one more opaque, easier to cut (it doesn't curl up at cut edges) and less pilly.

Makes an EXCELLENT photoshoot backdrop
I bought this on 06-18-2022 after walking around JoAnn looking for the perfect fabric for a photoshoot backdrop to shoot products for my online shop. I didn't have to look long to find the perfect fabric. I thumb-tacked it to my dining room wall along the top and sides, then I pulled it taut over the table (and taping it below the table top) to allow for a seamless view behind any product I shoot (I shoot both stills and video). It is THE perfect fabric for this application, and I saved tons of money by not buying the cookie cutter backdrops and props. Highly recommend for this purpose!

Definitely runs a ton
I figured I’d try it since it was on sale and would be useful for a potentially wearable muslin. Before I was even done with sewing the garment there were numerous runs and snags in the material.
Things that may help avoid the runs are using clips instead of pins, avoid turning tubes and avoiding inserting elastic into casings of this material.
Super glad I only bought a yard.
