Beautiful but frustrating
The color and.feel of this yarn is beautiful, but each skeins has at least 5-6 breaks with knots keeping it together. I am working on a small throw and can only do two to four rows before another knot appears. I don't trust their knots to hold. Very frustrating. Would not recommend this product and would not purchase it again.

Makes a great blanket
This yarn is so soft and thick! The colors are extremely pretty.
I’m making a blanket with this yarn using a half double crochet stitch. This has made the blanket have a weighted feel making it perfect for those who enjoy using standard weighted blankets. While not as heavy as the standard, it’s definitely not as light as your average off the shelf soft blanket with similar texture.
It’s recommended crochet hook is 10mm but I would suggest sizing up.

Blanket
I made my boy a blanket, it took quite a bit, and 12+ hours, however, halfway through, I realized the blanket would be very heavy; which is a big plus.
One drawback is the yarn sheds a lot, but after washing it, and drying per the instructions, I threw it in the dryer for 20 minutes and it is perfect!!
Worth the price, and the time.

Love this yarn!
This yarn surprised me. Incredibly soft and lush, makes the finished object feel expensive. Started as a skeptic but now this a favorite yarn of mine. Biggest con for this yarn is that it splits easy.

Love the color options
I am a Bernat velvet plus fan. However, I have been extremely disappointed in the declining color options and have been on the hunt for a comparable yarn. This is the absolute closest thing. I found that if you unravel this yarn, it is exactly like bernat velvet plus, and you get double the length. It is a task to unravel, and I had to knot together a couple of times, but it was worth it to have the color options. If Juicy would sell this yarn in single strands, it would be my #1 go-to for my big fluffy blankets. The photo I included shows the yarn in a single strand, not in its original thickness. I will also attach a photo comparison of it verses the bernat velvet plus.
