This yarn is exceptionally soft and had very minimal pilling. Seems strong when I worked with it not breaking when I tied off

Where is it Joann???
As much as I would love to review the pastel lilac juice couture I ordered and this website shows as delivered, IT WAS NOT! And when I tried to do a chat, I was re-directed to the "contact" message instead. So if you wanted to annoy me more than just not fulfilling my order and then lying about it, making me wait for a solution is a bit over the top. Especially since this isn't the first time this has happened to me, and unfortunately I suffer from select amnesia and tend to forget what rubbish these online sellers are. Last time I was refunded so I guess that's a solution. But when you NEED the yarn, having the money in the bank isn't the ideal solution. I think when they screw up, they should send the yarn out, even if they have to pay extra shipping costs. It wasn't my error. So now I wait QUITE IMPATIENTLY to see what will be done this time around. And maybe I need to just stop shopping here because this is a recurring theme apparently and personally I find it exhausting.

Beautiful velour/velvet yarn
This yarn is pretty comparable in weight and gauge to the Bernat Velvet yarn imo, not as great value, but a reliable alternative if you cannot find the one aforementioned for soft amigurumi

Soft texture, but solid build. The yarn doesn't shed like others I've tried, and has a really nice and firm texture.

Super soft
I bought this yarn in colorway licorice a month or so ago and just started working with it. As I am crocheting the color is coming off on my hands. This is the first time using any kind of velvety yarn, is this normal?

Juicy Couture Luxe Velour yarn
I love the feel of this yarn, the colors are so pretty as well. We purchased 4 different colors at $7.99 each. These are so hard to knit with since they get all knotted up. I don't want to waste time with these since it takes a lot to take out the knots and crochet. How do others work with this beautiful yarn? I can't return them because I have already used some of it.
