Ridiculous ordering process
While I was waiting for my confirmed order to be ready for pick up, my order was canceled. The items were clearly in the store, processed, and paid for. Then I got an email stating, my order had been canceled, and there are no more in the store. I have been waiting all day for this pick up. I’m now going through Amazon very disappointed in this ordering, confirmation, pick up process through joannes.com.

Not perfect, but still work as intended
Overall, these do their job as little beads with letters on them. However, there are a few quality and functionality issues:
Quality
1. At least 7 of the beads were chipped or broken. 7 isn't a lot in this big of a package, but still.
2. Some of the beads had faded gold paint and others just had silver paint instead.
3. There were a few pieces of plastic that weren't part of any bead and were probably just scraps from cutting.
Functionality
1. Gold (and silver) letters on a white background are rather difficult to read, especially when they are this small.
2. It was extremely difficult to tell the difference between beads with O, Q, and D on them.
Even after all that, I'd still buy these again. They do still work as alphabet beads for some applications, after all.

Beginner so happy to have an easy project.
Using the beads on bracelets for my granddaughter . Using stretch "wire" as she has very skinny wrists. Easy to put on the stretch "wire" so project is quick. Able to make many with positive words on each one.
