    Rated 1 out of 5 by from Extremely Disappointed I received several requests for chair reupholstery. There was a rush on the orders, so I used the delivery service you offered. On Aug 7, I ordered density foam delivered to my home. Thinking this method was best, I waited for a couple of days and hadn't gotten any notes about the delivery, I contact your customer service. I explained the urgency and was told that it takes between 5-7 days for delivery. I asked if I could cancel my order and was told "No". If I needed the foam I could go to the local Joann's, and purchase them. Then, once the delivery arrived, I could return for a refund. I accepted this process until the day my foam was to be delivered. On Auf 14, no delivery. I went online and to my astonishment and frustration, The FedEx label was printed on Aug 13, and was waiting for pickup!! What part of customer satisfaction are they not training? You cannot blame FedEx on this, becasue the label was just printed, and the package is now sitting in your warehouse. Nevermind the cusotmer was expecting the delivery yesterday, nevermind no notification of any reason for my order to be delayed, nevermind you policy traps your customers into a process that causes inconvenience, frustration, wasted time, and puts my projects further behind. Not sure who reads this but it should be addressed by your upper management. I put my trust in your promise to deliver a product, adjusted my work accordingly, and contacted my customers to advise of the delay. Yet with all the logistics technology you have, you can't even put forth an effort to look out for your customers

    Rated 1 out of 5 by from Review is more for Joann than the product I have used this foam on multiple occasions before, and have always been satisfied with the quality. The issue has been customer service on this order. I placed the order over two weeks ago. My first outreach to customer service was met with a generic “go read the shipping page on our website “ response. The second attempt went better- at least an explanation was provided. I received an email last week that “Yay! The rest of your order has shipped”, but there’s still no tracking number to be had, which suggests nothing has shipped. I wish they’d just be honest about it. I needed this for a birthday gift project, and two weeks later, I have no hope of finishing it on time. Had they just told me, I could have made alternative plans. As it is, I have $150 in upholstery fabric, thread and cording, but no foam. I love the stores but the online service just can’t be relied upon.

    Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not cut with hot wire! I purchased this foam for my loveseat. But it had to be cut to fit properly. So I used an electric foam cutter. I was in the garage with the door open. I cut about 6 or 7 inches and a very thick dense smoke came from the foam, it was inhaled and I thought I was going to die! It was the most awful smell imaginable. I immediately stopped cutting, went into the house and tried to clear my lungs. I looked up how to cut Polyurethane foam and was shocked to find out it shouldn't be cut with heat. Here is a statement regarding Polyurethane foam: Polyurethane foam should not be cut with hot wire tools. It needs a ton of heat, gives off toxic fumes, and leaves a lot of melted plastic wherever it is cut. We recommend that the polyurethane foams only be cut with a blade or saw. I really think this should be posted to advise your customers of the danger of cutting this foam with heat. The foam still smells I am keeping it outside and I now have $49.00 worth of useless foam
