SUPPLIES & TOOLS:
- Thick Cardstock (to create the center tube)
- Foam Halloween Stickers
- Google Eyes
- Ribbon
- Tissue Paper
- Scrapbooking Paper
- Scissors Scalloped or pinking Shears
- Pencil
- Ruler
- Double Sided Tape
- Clear Tape
- Craft Glue
- Small Candies
DIRECTIONS:
- Cut cardstock to 4" x 5.5" rectangle.
- Apply double sided tape to top edge of one side and bottom edge of opposite side of paper.
- Roll into a tube shape.
- Fold full sheet of tissue paper in half.
- Fold top and bottom edges over by 1".
- Crease.
- Place tube parallel to top edge of tissue paper and center.
- Tape tissue to tube.
- Roll tissue paper around tube.
- Secure with tape.
- Cut ribbon to 8" lengths.
- Tie ribbon base of tube, gathering together tissue paper.
- Knot once, then tie bow.
- Trim ribbon ends to desired length.
- Add candy to tube, then tie off opposite end.
- Cut scrapbooking paper into 3.5" x 5" pieces.
- Trim longer sides with scalloped or pinking shears.
- Tape one end of paper to roll.
- Wrap paper around roll.
- Trim as needed.
- Secure with double sided tape.
- Add foam stickers and google eyes.
- Use glue for non-adhesive google eyes.
