Nice thread, terrible shipping
I received my Gutterman cotton thread today that was shipped in a plastic bag with NO bubble wrap or pellets to protect the plastic casing. One of the great features of this assortment of thread was the plastic storage container with spool spindles to house the thread. Many of the spindles were broken because of the shipping. Not caring about how your product arrives is a serious flaw. I had read this drawback on the reviews. I can see that that issue has not been addressed or corrected. However you look at this, it is a reflection of your shipping standards.

Gutermann set for the win!
