Excellent Customer Service
I was very upset when my vases arrived because of the way the packaging was and 2 of the vases were broken. Now I am very happy due to the customer service I received from two of the local stores in my area and the replacing the broken vases. The sales person at the first store was very kind and very willing to help. She informed me that the store she where she works did not have any of the vases I needed, however she did look up which of their stores did have the vases. She provided me with the information and told me to let the person at the store know what happened. I went to the store and they did have the vases and the young man working the front of the store was also very helpful and very apologetic. They both made me feel a lot better and assured me that they could replace the vases with no problems. I wish I had gotten their names. The young lady worked at the store in Durham, North Carolina and the young man worked at the store on Fall of the Neuse Rd. in Raleigh, North Carolina. I appreciate all the help and reassurance they gave me.
