I would give this less than a star if I could…
I would not recommend this cutting mat for two reasons. One, I found my fabric getting caught in the folded parts and two, the smell of this cutting mat was was TERRIBLE! I tried to air it out outside, and in the basement to no avail. I could still smell the heavy chemical scent even when I was some distance away from it. I went to my Joann’s store to exchange for a regular Fiskar’s cutting mat, but when I gave them a sniff test, I could smell the same chemical scent. I decided to go with the Olfa brand mat because even though it is a little more expensive, there is no chemical smell. Also I have 2 smaller, older Olfa cutting mats that have held up very well.
