Rated 5 out of 5 by from Too bad it’s clearanced Just found this yarn at an out-of-town Joann. Bought up their clearance stock of this yarn, netting me four balls in Oatmeal and a ball in Smoke. Crochets like a dream with no issue on frogging. Making a circle jacket to give me something lightweight to wear in early-fall. Saddened that the yarn is discontinued, though, as it feels like a nice, soft yarn with an almost handspun look. Love it’s tonal quality and texture and would have loved to buy more.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this yarn I wanted to try a pattern that called for a knit from the top down all in one piece cardigan. The pattern called for a #2 fine wool yarn but I find wool very itchy. I used the size 6 needle called for in pattern. I used 1.5 skeins for 3/4 sleeves and extended the pattern at the hem with an extra chevron motif as I am very tall. This yarn worked up beautifully and is a little lofty and very soft. The final cardigan drapes beautifully. I purchased 4 more colors of this yarn and am working on another cardigan!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty color and decent value This is listed as a fine weight (sport), but runs a little fluffy and loosely twisted, so looks more like a dk when not pulled taunt. I recommend buying extra skeins for a throw blanket or sweater. The tags says 3 skeins for a 50x60 in throw or adult sweater. I used the recommended 3.5mm knitting needles and have calculated that I will need 5 skeins. Recommend sizing up a lot on needles and hooks: 4-4.5mm for needles and 3-4mm for hooks. The double crochet sample pic I took uses a 3.5 mm bamboo hook. I would not recommend this yarn for socks or tops. It would look nice as a throw blanket, cardigan, or outerwear (scarves, hats, gloves). While the acrylic is soft enough, it is not as soft as I would prefer for right next to my skin.
