DIRECTIONS:
- Yellow Candy Melts® (6 oz. needed)
- White Candy Melts® (8 oz. needed)
- Orange Candy Melts® (2 oz. needed)
- Pink Candy Melts® (2 oz. needed)
- FoodWriter Edible Candy Markers
- Sprinkle mix
- Candy disposable decorating bags
- Metal circle cutter
- Easter treat sticks
- Easter chicks silicone candy mold
- Parchment Roll
- Cake board
- Tape
- Toothpicks
- Pencil
DIRECTIONS:
- Melt yellow, orange, pink and white Candy Melts® according to package directions. Lighten yellow candy by adding white until desired shade is achieved.
- Using toothpick, apply yellow candy to centers of flowers on crown and orange candy to beak and feet.
- Fill candy decorating bags with light yellow, pink and white candy. Cut 1/4" off end of bags.
- Fill flower area with orange or pink candy; fill feet area with white; fill remaining mold with light yellow. Repeat with remaining cavities. Tap lightly to remove air bubbles and chill until set (about 15 to 20 minutes).
- Unmold candy. Use black candy pen to draw eyes.
- On parchment paper, use cookie cutter and pencil to make circles, leaving space between each circle. Tape parchment to board with tracings facing down.
- Pipe white candy into circles using toothpick to bring candy to edges. Insert treat sticks 1 1/2" into bottom of circle. Cover edges with sprinkles. Chill until set (about 5 to 10 minutes).
- Attach chicks to center of lollipop using small amount of melted candy. Let set about 5 minutes.
