Joann Store Personnel in Rockford, IL are very helpful with even the littlest items.
I got a new Cricut Joy and while it does come with the blade, experience dictated that I get a spare. So I ordered the Replacement Blade in the Store and It was delivered as stated. I am really pleased that the store personnel did not hesitate to help me do this so the I could still get the discount for the Coupon. The new Store is great and the personnel are really great too!
