Glitter Winter Village Scene
I ordered this online three weeks ago; received email that order was delayed and then received another email 4 days ago that order was shipped, but only 2 yards instead of three that my project required. Why couldn't I be contacted first to see if that was acceptable? Now I have to return it and find something else which costs more because the sale ended.
