Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not buy I bought the machine and brought it home. I didn’t even get to use it; as soon as I turned it on, the error codes kept flashing. Joannes' return policy is awful. You couldn’t even return it 10 minutes after I bought it or exchange it for one that’s not broken. Contacting Brother is an absolute nightmare. My new machine is sitting in a shop while they determine if it falls under warranty. Seriously Never was able to sew a stitch.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great machine Purchased this to replace a 20 year old Singer. Right out of the box, this was very easy to use. I've been sewing for over 40 years, and this is my 3rd machine ever, my first Brother. I've had it just over a week and am loving the ease of use and the features.

I have only sewn one blouse while, and I am very pleased with the result. Why I hadn’t bought this machine earlier? I recommend it!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed with problems on CP100X The first day, this machine worked fine. I completed a quilt top without issue. Beautiful perfect stitches. 2 days later, the needle threader does not work and the stitches have loops on the bottom. I have made every adjustment possible and stitch problem persists. I have also been trying to register this machine since arrival. Never went through on two attempts. Called Brother and was told it would take 2-3 days to get verification code to complete registration.This has been going on for 10 days and I have yet to receive any verification code.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great machine I have only one complaint about my new sewing machine. I have arthritis in my hands and it is very difficult to thread machine especially the #6 before you thread the needle and it is difficult to get the Bobbin in and out. The needle threader is a life saver. Otherwise I love my new machine. I would recommend this machine to anyone looking for a great sewing machine. My last sewing machine was a Brother CS6000. I retired it after 10 years but I am keeping it as a back up. Thank you for making great sewing machines.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it so far! So far it has done perfectly for me since my older Brother machine of about a decade went out and I couldn't be happier! It stitches so quiet and is pretty easy to pick up. The only thing that does bug me is the speed selections, I sew fast and the fastest setting is a bit slow, but it'll do just fine no matter what!
