I thought the regular blanket worked up fast, but I’m able to crochet an afghan using 6 skeins of Extra (same amount of skeins as using regular Bernat blanket yarn) but I’m finished in 1 day instead of almost a week!!

I like the variegated yarn better as it’s easier to see my stitches. I made several blankets for gifts & they are well loved. I recommend this yarn for large projects.
