Beware sold under regular yarn but it is striped.
I bought several colors of yarn. All were the blanket yarn except the peppermint which was striped. Why is a striped yarn in with the regular yarn? Unfortunately I had half a blanket made before I realized it so I am stuck with it.

Best yarn for finger knitting
I have bought many scans of this yarn as my sisters have as well. I have made over a dozen blankets. This brand by far out weighs the others. It is thicker, warmer and worth payi g a few dollars more for. I have used other brands and will find in the middle of the scan thin spots or weak areas. Not so with bernant yarn. The best!

"Hyped" about the Stripe!
Last summer while browsing for my "go to" brand of loop yarn (Bernat alize Blanket- EZ) I was delighted to see the new group of "designer" loop yarn from....Blanket Ez! The Bernat alize Blanket- EZ stripes collection offered an exciting new color palette which was a wish come true at the perfect time for this hand knitter of many different Blanket EZ throws for my children and grandchildren! Preparing to create a "blankie" for my new grandson, due for his arrival in September, I was hoping to find inspiration for the special project that it was. The color options were delightful - bright, vivid combos, very suitable for either gender satisfied the quest for an heirloom worthy blankie! I chose the color Limeade, an electric blue/ muted fluorescent yellow combo figuring it would both aid in infant visual stimulation & brighten the lovely nursery. I wasn't disappointed! True to Bernat's EZ line of loop yarn, I worked the wonderfully soft, well formed, untangled loops following the directions which called for a very basic stitch- in to a very fast, very neat super easy perfectly striped throw! I received more compliments on this blanket than any of my other, more advanced blankets AND my grandson loved it! I highly recommend this product for a knitter of any age & any level!
