The Aqua Floral Oil Cloth is made of a close-woven cotton with a top coating to make it waterproof. The coated surface is easy to wipe clean and cotton backing prevents surfaces from scratching. It is great for tablecloths or placemates, as well as baby bibs, tote bags, aprons, and more.

Wonderful FabricThis pattern is SO CUTE and the material itself is incredibly durable (for oil cloth) and easy to work with. I have made many bike bags with this (frame bags & stem bags) and I love how they look yet im confident that they’ll hold up well. Actually, a friend had her bike run over with a bike bag made out of this on it, and it held up surprisingly well to being run over!

Oil clothTape doesn’t stick for long. Make sure you fold under edges before stapling. Looks nice.

Gums up my needlesI've tried several needle/stitch length combos and this will not sew together easily at all. I'm skipping stitches, gumming up my needles and wasting fabric and time. I put in a brand new needle, sewed one 11 inch seam and the needle was so gummed up it began skipping stitches about half way through. Awful.

Love this stuff! This was easy to cut and I’m using it to cover a large shelf my daughter like to draw on in her sketchbook. It also sews easier than thicker oilcloth! I plan to use it for a lunch bag too.

Beautiful but hard to flatten! This is absolutely beautiful soft but wipable cloth. I bought it to use as drawer liner instead of contact paper, but it is challenging to measure and cut precisely as it keeps a curl from the roll. I’ve now cut all the pieces but they still curl, even after being left flat for a few days. I may use this to sew some bibs or outdoor cushions instead, as the curled edges wouldn’t be such a big deal (and the fully plastic table cloth fabric from JoAnn, which I also bought, is super easy to cut and flatten). Overall, it’s a high quality and great design!
