All of the Frames I bought came broken or broke
I bought 6 of these frames and only received 4. I was told I would get the difference back and never did. As far as the item itself the four I did receive one came broken and the other three broken just from inserting the picture. The quality of these frames is really bad which is unfortunate because they are pretty

Worked well
Used to frame a cross-stitch of a scene from the play "Hamilton" , the stylized edges of the frame worked perfectly to create a synergistic effect. Frame seemed sturdy & easily holds a photo or thick cross-stitch securely.

The frame is beautiful, but sizing is not right
The frame was beautiful and the perfect look for the 8x10 artwork I purchased as a gift for someone, but when I tried putting it in the frame, the frame was too small! I measured the artwork over and over, thinking that the artist must have sold me the wrong size, but it was perfectly an 8x10 piece. Then I measured the frame and it was definitely smaller than 8x10! I was so sad that I didn’t have time to purchase another frame for the person receiving my gift and so I had to cut the artwork to fit the frame! I contacted Jo Ann’s and told them all of this and sent them photos. They did right by refunding me, but I STILL see Jo Ann’s listing this product for sale as normal and I’m warning anyone who wants to purchase it of this design flaw. Maybe it was just my frame, but I wouldn’t want to risk it again, unless I didn’t care to cut whatever art or photo I was planning on putting in the frame.

These are not white, they have a toupe/grayish tint. Very thin/lightweight.
They are not as heavy as I thought they'd be for the price. They are also more ideal for sitting desktop, not hanging on a wall.
