White is not white anymore!
I buy my felts last 2 decades from here and i never saw any white like this. Now I have to take 8 bolts back to the store

NOT WHITE!!
I ordered 5 colors of this felt for a product I sell. The the other colors were fine. The white is not. It is a pale grey-blue shade. NOT WHITE AT ALL.

NOT White!!
I have ordered this felt for years. Got my latest order and it is NOT white - at best dirty white or light gray. In my picture I show my previous order (white - closest to the top of the picture) and the new stuff. Not good. I did not read the reviews (my bad) since I have had so much experience ordering this felt. I won't make that mistake again if I do decide to order again.

White is dingy copper canyon not same
I've been buying felt from Jo-ann's for years the white felt I just got in is not usable it looks like it's been washed with something blue it's very dingy also the Copper Canyon no longer has any variation and color it's very flat colored not happy with it either I will be purchasing elsewhere I use this to make items to sell and this is not acceptable to my customers

Good value but horrible quality
While I appreciate this felt costing $4, I would happily continue to pay double for the old felt. This felt is thinner and rougher. I can make some of the colors work for my project, but the white is not even close to white. It's a dingy light gray/dirty blue. 100%, absolutely NOT WHITE. It can't even pass. I'm not sure what the quality control issue is with it, but until it is resolved, I'm ordering elsewhere.

Horrible Felt
I know that JoAnn has changed the manufacturer of their felt to Happy Value, but it is awful. I make and sell items using a lot of felt, and the difference is very noticeable. It is a lot thinner than their previous brand. I ordered a BOLT (10 yards) of white felt. It came all folded up on itself in a box, not on the bolt. When I order a BOLT, I expect it to come on the bolt. I have to store the fabric too, and having it all folded up on itself, to try and find the end, to refold it on a bolt myself is not acceptable. The color was anything but white, It looks like dingy socks after they have been washed 50 times - all grey looking. Not happy with this purchase. Last time using them. Will use another outlet to purchase felt. I can not make white items with this at all. I will be returning it to the store hopefully.

Felt is very nice PACKAGING HORRIBLE!
I received my order yesterday. Felt is very soft and easy to work with. Packaging was horrible. Package was opened on the end and felt protruding. Two yards did not fit in this bag and was taped over.
