Poor Quality
I was excited to receive these lap desks, but when they arrived I noticed that one was broken. I called customer service and they did issue a refund on the one broken desks, however, as soon as I got off the phone with customer service, I realized that BOTH desks were actually broken. Not wanting to call back, I decided to try and use the desk as it was. Within an hour, I found myself trying to glue the desk back together as it broke further. These desks are not worth buying. They are very poor quality and will not hold up. Also, I have a white desk that has been stuck in the “processing” loop for nearly two weeks. If I ever receive that one, hopefully it will be in one piece, unlike the other two that I received. I definitely will never order from Jo-Ann again. This was such a disappointment and bad experience.
