Great customer service
Joan's was the place my area to have the frame size I needed. Customer service was fantastic at pick up because the frame they chose was damaged. I didn't have to get a different frame. They brought it to me.

Not so good
I bought this a few weeks ago - it came broken. I could not return it to the store which was inconvenient. However when I called customer service they could not have been nicer and told me that I did not have to return the broken item and they would give me 15% off on my next purchase. So although I can't give the frame a good rating I would give customer service 5 stars.
