Better than the Original Ocean Zoo
In my opinion, this tank is better than the original Ocean Zoo tank for Sea Monkeys. I can see them better as the "magnifying lenses" don't dominate the tank. I was also able to modify the lid so I could put a small USB heater in the tank. Plus, it was on sale for a really good price.

My new pets
I bought this one because the tank is begger than the regular Sea Monkey kit. I put a small air pump with a control bubble and a heater pad under the tank. My new pets are thriving. I'm happy with this kit. I used a coupon so I got it for a good price.

Educational sea monkey project!
Just as described on packaging. Followed directions exactly as indicated and I now have a small tank (the one included) full of sea monkeys. It was a cool project to do with my kids, got them asking so many questions that led to hours of research and reading. Super educational

Description misleading
When I ordered this based on the title and picture I expected to receive 4 tanks and pouches, was planning on gifting to my 3 nieces and 1 nephew. Apparently you only receive one tank and 4 pouches. I returned this item as I cannot gift the one item to my 4 nieces and nephews. Joann should consider changing the description, title and picture for this listing.

Misleading advertisement
Despite the picture showing FOUR containers and the description being “4 ct” there is in fact only one container along with 3 bags of the stuff that it takes to grow the sea monkeys. Quite the let down for me as I’ve waited 2 weeks for shipping with the expectation that I’d have 4 small gifts but I don’t.
