These are awful
The ink is thin and writes patchy on all colored papers and white. The pastels don't show well on dark paper at all, which I have never experienced before. Normally pastels and neons show best on dark paper. But they absolutely did not do so with these.
Don't buy them.
Choose the Sakura gelly roll pens. They are spendy, but these are absolute junk.

Rainbow gel pens
I have bought these before from a different store. I didn't use them fast enough, so they dried out a bit. This time I will make sure to use them in a timely manner. I think they're good otherwise! 100, nice, brilliant colors and I love the glitter pens!
