    Rated 1 out of 5 by from Will not Wash Out! Years ago I used a blue pen like this all the time for marking quilts and a quick dab of water and it was gone. Now that I am back to quilting, I bought this one. It takes several attempts to get the blue marks out. I will not buy another one.

    Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice color for marking appropriate fabrics I bought this pen on sale and I use it frequently already. I think I've used it on projects containing a total of 15 yards of fabric. I've mark it on flannel, quilting fabric, terry cloth, and diaper cloth. Once you draw a line the color turns dark blue on your fabric and is very easy to see on pinks/whites etc.I also bought tailors chalk but prefer this because of the ease of use. If your fabric can handle the marker, I recommend this one. Rating 4 stars since I haven't tested other colors.
