Rated 4 out of 5 by from nice pom poms these pom pom makers are pretty great. They require some steady hands when you begin wrapping your fabric around the plastic but other than that they work very well if you have the patience that is required to do pretty much any craft.

As a kid in the 1960's my mom had a much better, easier to use one. I hoped this one would work like it but doesn't. Don't waste your money. I'm still looking for a better type.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Pom Pom maker I am not too thrilled with this. As far as I can make out from the limited instructions, you have to wrap the yarn by going through the middle with each wrap. I threaded a yarn needle to make it. Very time consuming. And the largest pom is not very big. It's inexpensive and it works, but I'd say go for a better one.
